As a high school English teacher, 92%-95% of my students passed rigorous standardized State Regents exams (as compared to statewide and school average passage rates of approximately 50%).  I also have designed and organized statewide training programs for two state agencies, which employees still say are the most meaningful they ever participated in.  I have organized numerous church retreats for teens and adults, and 2-5 training programs for multiple types of business organizations. The Three-Dimensional Leader provides a systematic way to improve your leadership and unleash your workforce’s full potential through leadership and management development.
